Q. When and where is the festival?

Pleasant Day Festival takes place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, along Main Street from 16th Avenue to King Edward Avenue in Vancouver. The street will be closed to traffic and transformed into a vibrant, pedestrian-first festival zone.

Yes! Pleasant Day Festival is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. We recommend checking the weather forecast before attending and coming prepared with appropriate attire, including sunscreen, hats, umbrellas, or rain jackets depending on the conditions.

Q. Can I bring my dog to Pleasant Day Festival?

While we understand that many people enjoy bringing their dogs to outdoor events, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home when attending Pleasant Day Festival. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of both our attendees and your furry friends.

The festival features large crowds, live music, food vendors, and busy pedestrian areas, which can be stressful and overwhelming for animals. Keeping pets at home also helps reduce safety and sanitation concerns, allowing everyone to enjoy the festival experience. Thank you for helping us create a safe and enjoyable event for all!

Q. I have an accessibility question. Who can I contact?

Pleasant Day Festival is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees. If you have an accessibility question or require additional information about accessibility accommodations at the festival, please email info.events@themrggroup.com and our team will be happy to assist.
